About the League
The Coacher Indoor Girls Flag Football League is dedicated to developing young athletes and growing their love for the game. We provide opportunities for players to sharpen their skills, showcase their talent, and connect with other athletes while competing in their respective age groups. Through teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition, we help players build confidence on and off the field.

The season includes intermittent weeks off for holidays and breaks.
